Prior to moving into Point North Suites in July 2018, I looked at 18 different buildings for comparison purposes.

Point North Suites far surpassed everything I previously looked at and I have never regretted choosing this building as my home. It is extremely well built and very quiet. It is obvious that care was given to soundproofing, convenience of services (postal, garbage, parking) and location of gym facilities and the amenities room which includes access to a very large outdoor patio for all residents.

The management staff for the property are professional, caring and very prompt in responding to any and all communication. They make you feel valued as a tenant and go the extra step in responding to your questions and concerns. The building superintendent team are excellent. They are always making improvements to the building and keep the premises spotless. They are very accommodating and pleasant in carrying out their responsibilities and we are very fortunate to have them here.

It is my intention to continue to make Point North Suites my home and I am very happy with my decision to do so.
